The Wrocław pilot and WUEB’s contribution
The pilot implemented in Wrocław focuses on last-mile logistics and includes:
- development of mobile logistics micro-hubs,
- integration of deliveries using cargo bikes,
- application of digital tools (Digital Twin, XR) to model and test logistics scenarios.
The pilot aims to improve delivery efficiency, reduce emissions and congestion, and prepare solutions that can be scaled to other EU cities.
