Sebastian Grzesiak, MSc

Doctoral Researcher at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (WUEB)
Management and Quality Studies

Sebastian Grzesiak is an industry expert in electromobility, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and the integration of parking and logistics systems with digital mobility management solutions. He combines applied research with implementation-driven experience, delivering projects for logistics real estate, retail parks, and transport infrastructure operators.

His expertise focuses on the design and deployment of EV and eHDV charging infrastructure as a strategic asset supporting organisational competitiveness. He works with smart charging systems, grid integration, and the optimisation of parking and traffic management processes. His implementations include fully automated and unattended systems, such as remote access control, vehicle flow validation (including heavy-duty vehicles), vision-based monitoring, and autonomous charging stations.

In his advisory work, he supports investors, operators, and public bodies through pre-investment analyses and infrastructure due diligence (financial viability, site selection, power sizing, and technology choice), functional audits of existing systems, and the development of electromobility strategies aligned with Logistics 5.0 principles.
