Adam Sulich, PhD, Professor at WUEB, is an expert in green economic transformation, sustainable strategic management, and labour market analysis under conditions of simultaneous technological and climate transition. He combines a scientific approach with a strong implementation orientation, delivering expert reports and projects for business, the public sector, and international organisations.
His work focuses on economic foresight and scenario analysis, the identification and modelling of green skills and mechanisms for the creation of green jobs, the development of business ecosystems under ESG regulations and decarbonisation pressure, as well as predictive analytics (forecasting demand, sectoral trends, and future skills). He applies advanced analytical methods, including econometric modelling, network analysis, bibliometrics, and artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. His research is based on statistical and sectoral datasets (e.g. Eurostat, Statistics Poland, Scopus, and international databases).
As an expert, he has participated in projects carried out for organisations such as United Nations ESCAP, the Asian Development Bank, and private-sector entities. He collaborates with international research centres, academic publishers (Springer, Emerald), and foreign universities, and his research and expert work support the design of public policies, ESG strategies, and sustainable development models in organisations.
