During the visit, Professor Nowak conducted a series of interviews and surveys focused on the career choices of Japan’s Generation Z. An important part of her stay also included extensive consultations with Japanese researchers.

She also participated in a research seminar organized by the Faculty of Business Administration, where she presented the results of her study on burnout among academic teachers employed at public economic universities in Poland. The findings were published in Argumenta Oeconomica (link to publication).

Professor Nowak delivered lectures to both Japanese and international students, and met with students from UEW currently studying in Yokohama as part of the Erasmus+ program. She also spoke with Japanese students interested in studying at our university.

This visit was a continuation of academic collaboration initiated during her previous stay at Kanagawa University within the Erasmus+ program.
