Associate Professor Przemysław Wołczek, WUEB Professor (Department of Strategic Management) advises executive teams and local governments on the design and implementation of strategy. He runs end‑to‑end decision‑making processes — from strategy workshops and public consultations to ex‑ante, mid‑term (ongoing) and ex‑post evaluations. He has delivered over 80 projects, including for KRUK Group, Wrocław Technology Park, WCTT PWr, and multiple marshal offices and cities. Since 2021 he has served on the Rector’s Commission for Strategic Management; in 2017 he worked in the CSR education and outreach working group at the Polish Ministry of Development; he acted as an ESG expert in a project funded by National Center for Research and Development (NCRD).
