Specialist in artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems and AI-driven business decision support. Head of the Department of Process Management and Director of the Centre for Intelligent Management Systems at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (WUEB). Has led R&D projects funded by NCBR (National Centre for Research and Development) for technology companies and public institutions, including work on chatbot systems, AI-based correspondence management and topographic object detection. Vice-President of the Polish Artificial Intelligence Society and member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). Author of over 200 scientific publications.
