A UEW doctoral student wins a Statistics Poland (GUS) competition

We are proud to announce that Karolina Pokorska, a doctoral student at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business (WUEB), has been named one of the laureates of the prestigious competition organised by Statistics Poland (Główny Urząd Statystyczny) for the best research works in the field of statistics.

The annual competition aims to promote research in statistics and data analysis and attracts participants from universities across Poland.

Ms Pokorska’s doctoral dissertation, titled “The Development of Industry 4.0 and the Investment Attractiveness of EU Member States with a Focus on Poland,” received third place in the category Best Doctoral Dissertation.
