Students will work on real organisational challenges, while academic teams will use a shared&nbsp;methodology&nbsp;to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and compare the competences needed by young people entering the labour market.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>About the project&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The transition from university to the labour market depends on more than holding a degree. Once all four stages have been completed, the partners will prepare a comparison of the results across the V4 region.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Contribution of&nbsp;Wroc\u0142aw&nbsp;University of Economics and Business&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WUEB leads the project and coordinates the partnership. class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>V4 University-Business Design Thinking Toolkit&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project&#8217;s principal output will be an open toolkit enabling other universities and organisations to use the model developed through the project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The toolkit will include:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a Design Thinking workshop plan;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>methodological guidelines;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tools and exercises;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>competence assessment criteria;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>student self-assessment forms;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>feedback tools for employers;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>observation sheets for facilitators;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>case studies;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recommendations for adapting the model.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
