wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Academic mentoring is the first project implemented as part of the implementation of &#8220;Strategy 2030&#8221; University of Economics in Wroclaw.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to develop scientific and research competence and, as a result, to increase the quality of scientific publications of Project Participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Addresses:<\/strong><br\/>The project is open to all academic teachers employed at UEW and doctoral students undergoing training at the UEW Doctoral School.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subject areas:<\/strong><br\/>Mentoring can be in one of the selected subject areas: <em>Academic writing, Research skills, International team-working, Scientific
